I work where business and improvement meet—whether it’s running a rural branch, leading an engineering team, supporting frontline staff, or sitting around a boardroom table.
What matters most to me is being useful with purpose, with improvement at the centre of everything I do. That means helping businesses improve their condition—operationally, culturally, and commercially—through clarity, structure, systemic thinking, and momentum.
I take a grounded, hands-on approach to the role, shaped by years of experience across operations and support—working with SMEs, community groups, national contractors, and global organisations.
Alongside this, I bring a background in operational excellence and business improvement through Proteus Consulting. Over the years, I’ve worked across sectors including mining, construction, engineering, manufacturing, and now regional business—helping teams simplify systems, engage their people, and build better ways of working.
My focus is always on stabilising operations, unlocking capability, and delivering sustainable improvements that make sense on the ground.
Whether I’m working within an organisation or consulting alongside it, I approach every challenge through the lens of People, Purpose, and Strategy—driving improvements in process through people, with purpose, leading to performance.
At the end of the day, it’s about being useful—whether that’s across the counter, in a support role, managing a store, improving mine maintenance, streamlining manufacturing, or sitting with a business owner thinking through what’s next.
